Solutions to Common Problems

The Hammer is not Working After the Installation

1. Improper replacement of the bushing. Adjust the inner bushing again. Ensure that you utilize the genuine.
2. Quick couplers need to have the correct installation. Inspect connectors and change them if necessary.
3. Supply hoses are in the wrong order. The port designated IN is where the pressure line from the pump needs to be connected. The port designated as OUT is connected to the return line.
4. The pressure of nitrogen is too high. As needed, release nitrogen and replenish.

Why Does the Hydraulic Hammer Suddenly Stop Hammering?

• There is excessive backhead pressure. As directed, release nitrogen and recharge.
• There is grease in the backhead. Take the back head apart and put the seal back in place.
• There is a blocked control valve. Replace the worn-out valve after disassembling and cleaning the old one.
• There needs to be more oil flow. For the skid steer hammer, both the pump and the hammer valve need to be adjusted.
